I love working at new venues that I have never worked at before. There is something so exciting about seeing a new space come together for an event that I have helped plan. When Diane contacted me regarding her wedding in Palos Verdes, I was thrilled to come on board. Our event was set to take place at the Point Vicente Interpretive Center, right on the water with an amazing view! I had never been to the venue before, and it did not disappoint! It was the perfect setting for Diane and Bart to say “I Do”.
We started the day at Hotel Maya in Long Beach, where Diane got ready with her bridal party. She then traveled in style in a limo to the venue where she shared her first look and pre-ceremony photo session with Bart.
The couple chose an ocean theme for their big day. Shades of blue decorated the venue, with sea stars, sea turtles and sea shells. A little went a long way in this beautiful space with the ocean and the lighthouse serving as our main backdrop.
Kitchen 12000 provided an amazing dinner buffet for our guests to enjoy, and Invisible Touch DJs kept our dance floor packed all night! Café lights on the patio created a warm glow during dancing, and when guests took a break, they got right in line for the photo booth. So much fun!
Diane and Bart, I had a wonderful time working with you! Keep in touch my friends 🙂
Here are a few of my favorite photos from Gary Coelho (www.garycoelho.com) from the day . Enjoy!
