Rancho Las Lomas, great food, fun music and the best company….. this years Association of Bridal Consultants Holiday Gala & Trendsetter Awards was nothing short of amazing! I wanted to post a short blog with some of the amazing photos from this spectacular holiday event that took place on December 11th, 2012.
Found Furniture Rentals (www.foundrentals.com ) and Inviting Occasions (www.invitingoccasion.com) knocked it out of the park with the amazing “winter lodge” decor. I felt like I was in Colorado at a ski resort! It was a chilly night, but we warmed up with great company and hot chocolate!
It is amazing to work in an industry filled with such true professionals! Orange County has some of the most amazing wedding coordinators and vendors, and we all love what we do! It is more than networking, it is like catching up with friends every time we are together! It was so fun for me to see so many familiar faces! Some of these folks I work with regularly, and some I just get to see at events like this! Makes for a very fun evening!
The highlight of the night was when we heard a few words from DJ Tasos Tsirtsis who had been battling cancer for months. He received a standing ovation from us all as he took the stage…. what an inspiration! We lost Tasos to cancer on January 8th, just a few weeks after the event, our thoughts and prayers are with his family! We truly lost a great member of our Orange County wedding team and he will greatly be missed!
