It’s not every day that you get to watch one of your dearest friends tie the knot! September 15th was a warm summer day, perfect for a wedding! Playing a double role of Wedding Coordinator and Matron of Honor wasnt an easy task, but with my two amazing assistants, Kelly and Julie, the day started off and continued to run perfectly smooth!

Mindy and Mike had their ceremony at the beautiful St. Simon and Jude Church in Huntington Beach. A traditional Catholic ceremony, we watched as Mindy and Mike recited their vows, took communion, and presented Mary with flowers. Close family and friends were involved in the ceremony with readings and prayers, it was very personal.

After the ceremony and some church photos, we jumped in our limo to the Newport Beach Fairmont Hotel. Coral, champagne and ivory colors decorated the space, while the ballroom’s AMAZING crystal chandelier stole the show. Beautiful flowers were provided by Flowers Etc. that tied in the crystal “bling” accents perfectly.

We spent the evening toasting to the bride and groom and dancing the night away!  When guests wanted a quick break from dancing, there was the photo booth in the foyer that kept everyone laughing. Everyone had such an amazing time! Since our groom is a HUGE Cincinnati Bengals fan, we even tied in his team on our cake topper! So fun!

Mindy and Mike, the wedding was simply stunning and it was such an honor for me to be a part of it all! We had such an amazing time together planning, it was a joy to see it all come to life! I love you both and cant wait to make many, many more memories in the years to come!
