The invite. The first impression. The piece of mail that can set the tone of your entire celebration. Yes ladies, it’s no mystery that I am a fan, a HUGE fan of Wedding Stationary. The save the date, the invitation, the place cards, even the thank you card, are all pieces of the puzzle.
Years ago I coordinated a wedding for a great couple, Natalie and Scott. Such a great wedding…. even Quest Crew was there to perform at the Reception (yes, I took a photo with them, and yes it is below! Americas Best Dance Crew!).
Natalie provided all of the stationary for her event, and I mean this stuff was just beautiful! Ceremony programs, menu cards, bar signs, it was all tied beautifully together by font. My favorite was her Save the Date….an adorable little calendar showing the date of the wedding. Amazing!
After the wedding Natalie let me know that her and her friend, Katie, had gone into the stationary business. Paperie and Planning was in business, and I knew I had found my new favorite referral for invites and stationary!
The sky is the limit with Paperie and Planning. Natalie and Katie will sit with you, show you samples of invites, and help you choose a design that is perfect for you. Samples of paper, printing styles, shapes of paper…. oh my! So much fun! Customer service is a huge priority for them, they are great with follow up, changes to your order, and guidance with the wording for your invite.
Of course, when I was getting married, Natalie was one of the first vendors I contacted. We set up an appointment and the fun began right there. I chose a beautiful Dark Purple, Black and White pocket invite that was sent in the perfect white shimmer envelope. To this day, I have family and friends telling me that they just cant bring themselves to throw away my invite, because it was so beautiful! Hopefully, with that invite, I set the tone for the wedding and the “theme” I was hoping for.
